Below, you'll find essential information about our printing facilities, including printer locations, how to set up secure printing, and available office supplies. This guide will help you navigate our IT resources efficiently and understand what's provided for all residents.

Where and how can I print?

There are printers available on floors 1-4 located by the pantry areas next to the shared offices. Printers are available to use for all residents.

There is a printer available on the 5th floor located next to the kitchen within the Shared Office, and is  available for use by the teams with dedicated desks in that shared space.

The Engine utilizes a secure printing release system that requires each resident to input their unique PIN into the printer after sending a document to print. To set up the Mobility Print software on your computer, please follow the instructions within the email you received from the email address, “750scanners@engine.xyz.”

After downloading the software, send your document to the printer destination titled “750 Printers.” You will then be able to approach any of the printers within the building, input your PIN, and release your document.

You can find your PIN in the Engine Portal by navigating to: Settings → My Account → Password.

Does The Engine provide tech or office supplies to residents?

All conference rooms are equipped with with HDMI cords, extenders and dongles for easy access to screen sharing. The Engine also supplies dry erase markers, erasers, board cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer for all residents to use in each of our conference rooms.

Teams are responsible for ordering any office or tech supplies outside of what The Engine provides, listed above.
