Parking

Below, you'll find essential information about parking options, including our managed spaces in the 730/750 Main St garage, visitor parking procedures, and how to request or modify your parking arrangements.

Can I park in the garage behind The Engine?

The Engine manages several parking spaces through the 730/750 Main St garage, managed by Metropolis parking services. The garage is currently at capacity for monthly parking spaces. If you would like to be added to the waitlist and notified when a parking space becomes available, please fill out the Add/Change Service Form.

The garage also has visitor parking available daily. Daily parkers can scan the QR code in the garage to create a Metropolis account. It will require their phone number, email, and license plate information, as well as a payment method. They will only have to do this once and the system will remember them on subsequent visits (or to other Metropolis garages).

Visiting parkers will pay the base (hourly) parking rate + a $2.25 service fee.

What is the address of the garage?

The garage does not have an official address or name. Residents and guests have reported that inputting the address 75 State St will direct a GPS toward the garage entrance. You can also instruct parkers that the entrance is located off of State St, close to the intersection with Osborne St. The garage is underground so parkers should look for the ramp to enter.

Do I have to purchase a parking space through The Engine?

Yes. The parking management company, Metropolis, does not administer the parking directly to sub-tenants of the building. All parking additions/cancellations for residents of The Engine have to be sent from The Engine.

To add/change/remove a parking space, please complete our Add/Change Service Form.

Are there parking discounts available?

There are currently no programs for monthly or discounted parking at the 730/750 garage; a resident or visitor would pay for parking at the full posted rates (currently, $450/monthly pass).
