We currently host two classes at The Engine for residence that each run twice per year:
Management 101 is taught by Jaye Goldstein, Expert in Residence and Founder + CEO of Founder to Leader. The course is designed for new and emerging managers of tough tech startups and covers the following topics:
Management 101 has six sessions as a series, each class is 1.5 hours long and held in person at 750 Main Street. The course leverages the Founder Toolbox with specific templates and tools to help participants apply concepts immediately to their startup.
The class launches every Spring and Fall. There will be an announcement leading up to the course to sign up.

Government 101 is a primer for residents to get comfortable leveraging and engaging with government The course will cover government funding, policy and regulatory issues, all aimed at improving your scalability. You will learn the different roles, levels and focuses of various government stakeholders, resulting in more efficient future interactions. This course is taught by Ben Downing and runs twice per year, launching in February and August. The course runs for four consecutive sessions.
