Will Rasky is Founder of Mass Ave Strategies, a policy and political consultancy advising organizations on their goals, advocacy strategies, and operational needs for government and public engagement. In addition to years of work in private government relations practice and on political campaigns, Will has also served in government at the federal and state levels.
As an Advisor for Governmental Affairs to U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, Will was a liaison to state and local governments nationwide for the Department’s programs and initiatives, as the Biden Administration advanced through Congress and then implemented the largest infrastructure investment in modern history. A major focus of Will’s work was helping states and localities access funding opportunities and other resources provided by the Department. Will also served as Federal Affairs Director for Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey, managing the state government’s relationships across all policy areas with both the federal executive branch and Congress.
