Prior to launching Founder to Leader, Jaye was on the founding team of Petri, an early stage biotech venture capital fund. Jaye oversaw education innovation across Harvard University and founded and scaled a lab at MIT which helps engineers learn to communicate effectively (The MIT Comm Lab). Jaye sits on the board of several biotech venture funds and accelerators. While a serial entrepreneur herself, Jaye’s area of expertise is in teaching and learning.
